Baked Yams

Very nicely presented in hollowed-out orange halves
- ½ stick butter
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 8 ounces Half & Half
- 2 lightly beaten eggs
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp butternut vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 TBS Steen’s Cane Syrup
- 2 ounces bourbon
- 3 large cans Trappey’s Yams in syrup
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup small marshmallows
- Into a saucepan over medium heat place butter and next 10 ingredients until mixture is thoroughly combined and slightly heated
- Into a casserole dish, place yams and pour heated ingredients over yams
- Top mixture with pecans and marshmallows
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes
